Cheeky little monkeys and too clever by half

„Mummy, how big was a Tyrannosaurus Rex? How many water melons fit into a fully grown whale? Why does the Sun not fall down onto Earth?“ At the moment, your child wants to get to the very heart of the matter. At this age he or she develops an interest in specific things and wants to find out everything about it by consulting books or participating in working groups.

This age group sees the completion of drawing development in children, while personal contacts and interchanges with peers keep gaining more and more importance. Depending on a child’s personality, they become adolescents when they are around twelve years of age – the years of childhood are about to end.
